Ingredients
- 1 small cauliflower
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp turmeric (optional)
- 3 tsp. butter or coconut oil
Steps:-
- Process 1
- Grate cauliflower finely
- Melt butter in a pan , add cauliflower, cook on medium heat for 5- 10 mins or until rice has soften little bit.
- Add salt according to taste.
- Process 2
- You can also cook it in microwave, put cauliflower in pan/cover it slightly so that it can cook in steam for 10 mins. After this mix butter and salt .
