Cauliflower Rice

Replacing white and brown rice with cauliflower rice is one of the best way to live a healthy low carb life.It contains many nutrients, high in fiber,good source of antioxidants,high in choline , rich in sulforaphane.


  1. 1 small cauliflower
  2. ½ tsp salt
  3. ½ tsp turmeric (optional)
  4. 3 tsp. butter or coconut oil


  • Process 1
  1. Grate cauliflower finely
  2. Melt butter in a pan , add cauliflower, cook on medium heat for 5- 10 mins or until rice has soften little bit.
  3. Add salt according to taste.
  • Process 2
  1. You can also cook it in microwave, put cauliflower in pan/cover it slightly so that it can cook in steam for 10 mins. After this mix butter and salt .
