Chia/Subja Seed Healthy Pudding

Chia Seeds are one of the best source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids , plant based protein , antioxidants , fiber , magnesium and potassium source. You can read full benefits in blog section.


  • 6 tsp chia seeds.
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut , almond , cashew milk.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup/honey/sweetener of your choice.


  • In a bowl mix chia seeds,milk,vanilla extract and sweeter. Let it sit for 5 mins.
  • Give it another stir/shake to break up any lumps, cover and put the mixture in the fridge to set up for 1-2 hours/ overnight.
  • Next day top the pudding with your favourite fruits and enjoy!!
