Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. almond meal flour
- 3 tsp. clarified butter
- 2 tbsp. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. stevia/sugar free(if you like too sweet)
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch baking powder
Prep
- Microwave butter for 15 sec.
- Mix almond flour with butter until mixture is smooth.
- Beat cheese cream, vanilla extract and sugar free together until smooth.
- Mix it with almond flour mixture along with baking powder
- Microwave for 4 mins.
