Keto Cheesecake Cupcakes

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp. almond meal flour
  2. 3 tsp. clarified butter
  3. 2 tbsp. cream cheese
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 tbsp. stevia/sugar free(if you like too sweet)
  6. 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  7. 1 pinch baking powder

 

Prep

  1. Microwave butter for 15 sec.
  2. Mix almond flour with butter until mixture is smooth.
  3. Beat cheese cream, vanilla extract and sugar free together until smooth.
  4. Mix it with almond flour mixture along with baking powder
  5. Microwave for 4 mins.
