Cauliflower Rice
Replacing white and brown rice with cauliflower rice is one of the best way to live a healthy low carb life.It contains many nutrients, high in fiber,good source of antioxidants,high in choline , rich in sulforaphane.
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 1 tsp salt ((or to taste))
- ½ tsp turmeric (optional)
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter/ Ghee (or coconut/olive oil)
Cooking over stove top

Grate cauliflower finely(use chopper or a ricer)

Melt butter in a pan , add cauliflower, cook on medium heat for 5-6 mins open

Now cover and cook for another 5-7 mins or until soft
- Add salt according to taste.
Cooking in microwave

You can also cook it in microwave, put cauliflower in a bowl and cover it slightly so that it can cook in steam for 10 mins. After this mix butter and salt .
